This notice describes how information is handled on the Auralis Moments website.

Project enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address and the project details you choose to share. This may include your business name, platform, footage quantity, preferred deadline, budget and reference link. The information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry.

Where messages go

Enquiries are saved in a restricted inbox on the website’s server. If email notifications are enabled, the enquiry is also sent through the configured email provider to the studio’s business inbox. Your details are not used for advertising or sold to others.

Video players and cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Self-hosted videos load from this website. YouTube or Vimeo players only load when you choose to open an embedded video, and those providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Links and server records

External links are optional to visit. Hosting software may record technical request information for operation and troubleshooting. Short-lived address information is used to limit repeated form submissions.

Access and removal

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of an enquiry by contacting Auralis Moments through the contact page. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information through the initial enquiry form.
